<description><![CDATA[Tsume posted : Before it was a %, like between 6-12%... and the new rates they proposed are a flat rate per play... for many broadcasters, this is over 5,000% of what they were paying before... and much more money than they actually make!<br><br>DI.fm for example, asks us to imagine a situation that for every 1$ they take in, before any expenses, they owe 5$.<br><br>"Discounted"? "Couple of years"? "Small internet radio broadcasters" only?  F#ck you.  That "discounted rate" is a larger percentage than the smaller stations were paying before.  How the hell is that discounted?<br><br>How do they expect them to pay out more than they make?  Filthy, greedy music industry...]]></description>
