Ensures the small never get big

This will not work for us at DI.fm, hopefully there can be something else worked out better. This ensures the small always stay small, heaven forbid they actually are free to grow their business. I can understand very small outfits taking this, it's better than nothing, however this sets the bar in a bad place and legitimizes the absolutely ridiculous arguements for such fees.
