I really don't understand what you're driving at. You can't justify Constitutional violations by limiting their scope. A scope of one is still a violation and should be treated as harshly as if everyone's rights were violated. |

Im of the ilk that knows Bush is too stupid to come up with plans, or, "strateegerize" wiretaps, war for oil and the like. I also think he is too stupid to know what "evil" is and how to act accordingly.
