 | NO responses or NON helping responses! This is the 4th day I ordered an account and still don't have ANY way to move forward. I got a Dashboard login/pass and when I log in, its taking me place where shows that I have no any packages.
I am trying to talk to support (NO phone, NO chat is working). I submitted a Ticket - NO answer. I emailed them asking what is next - I get no any helpfull answer. I feel like this company is going to CLOSE or it's already closed!

Regards, Vahan I apologize for your bad experience with them. To be honest, I have never had these problems before. Especially during setup.
Have you tried going to the community forums, making a login, and asking your question on the forums? Maybe someone there can help you out. -- My domain - Nightfall.net |
