If you don't want the iPhone, don't buy one.  Buy an unlocked phone of your choosing.  Give it a rest already.  ]]></description>

It should be THEIR problem!<br><br>There should be a test for legal decisions.  "Does this idiotic law make it the purchasers problem if they find a way to reduce the purchasee's profit from it". It does a ton of things, but it sucks too.  It's just like when AT&T was the only people you could "lease" a phone from and they sucked.  Look at the phones you can put into your house today.  AT&T would not have made them as fast since they'd just release a phone with x feature, then to get the new x feature you'd have to upgrade.<br><br>Phones in other countries are leaps and bounds ahead of what we call a cell phone.<br><br>still I want my ipod touch....]]></description>
