@tel-ott.com | what about the terms of service you AGREED to when you signed up?
I suppose you think a car dealer can reduce the # of KM's on your leased vehicle since they do own the vehicle? |

I suppose you think a car dealer can reduce the # of KM's on your leased vehicle since they do own the vehicle? That is why they include the clause, we reserve the right to change these terms at any time etc etc... |

So it's alright to change the rule to what ever they want and we must say thanks and come again...
You must be one of those who think that since they wrote it on the contract (ya a contract) it's legal...
Have you ever read what some company write in their contract? Some software maker put in their contract that the software you bought may not work has advertised and if it's the case, screw you because it does not have to... Not only that but YOU CAN'T bring it back to get your money back.
Sorry but it's time that they start to follow the rule like we must do...
Why us the customer must pay a penalty to break a 12 month engagement if they can change the contract to what ever they want and when ever they feel like it???
Right now I can cancel my 12 month contract with them because they made a change but in normal time if want to break it i would have to pay to do so... A contract is supposed to protect both side not just them...
When i signed up I agreed to pay them 65$ a month plus tax for a unlimited service where they used the word a sale tool and clearly stated that it did not have a limit. That we could download has much has we wanted and never paid more. No small print not nothing. Now I will still have to pay them the same amount but with less service, a lot less... I can quit now without paying a thing but just for 30 days... If i try it more than 30 days and thing does not work, i am the who will have to paid them to break the contract.
Sorry but no thanks...
It's time they start to pay because soon other company will to the same thing.
If a contract is a contract to us it's also the same for them.... |
