|  need to setup new slurpd
I have three OpenLDAP servers. One is RHEL 4 (master slapd) and two RedHat 9 slurpds. We need to obviously upgrade the RH 9s to RHEL 4. How can we do this keeping at least one of them up and running?
I was reading this, but they say to shutdown the master. We cannot afford to that. We do have a full dump of the master every day. »www.umich.edu/~dirsvcs/ldap/doc/···RTFToC65

To bring up a replica slapd instance, you must configure the master and slave slapd instances for replication, then shut down the master slapd so you can copy the database. Finally, you bring up the master slapd instance, the slave slapd instance, and the slurpd instance. These steps are detailed in the following sections.
