Vonics Message Indicator Light

Notice that when I have a message I get no indication on my phone nor on the router.

Curious if others are getting or not getting the light.

Sent a trouble ticket but as noted in other comments, no reponse

I signed up for Vonics when SunRocket went down...

I miss some things SunRocket did and that I don't get (yet?) with Vonics

--Getting text message alerts when I had new messages at home. I can have them send an email my phone, but it's not the same...

--Checking messages on my home phone while I'm on the road, I haven't figured out how to do that at all yet...

--Message indicator light on my Uniden phone doesn't flash when I have messages...

--no stuttering dial tone when I pick up to see if I have new messages...

--no NAME when a call comes in, just a number and it's formatted as 16175551212, and not 617-555-1212...

--voicemail isn't as easy to navigate as SunRocket was

--it took 2 months for them to fix the time on my device so it told me the correct time someone called on caller-id

--I could also get an email (a .wav file) of any new messages I received with Sunrocket, but not with Vonics...

AND

-- Finally, my "free vitrual number" has never worked...
