You can always change & check your billing info on your Vonage Web Account. Plus they do not have Late FEE

Trust me, the rep said they wanted to charge me a late fee. When I log into my account online, it kept changing back to my original information (would not save new).

Sound like your account would not save your account info very strange. You should mention that agent when you spoke that person
