| Capping a cap We are already capped as far as upload is concerned so by limiting the seeding of torrents they are actually capping the cap. Why can't they just leave the upload cap be?
As for those posting about all the illegal stuff that goes on, sure it happens, but there is so much more legal reasons to use BT. Even NASA uses BT to distribute their Whirledwind application. I personally trade/share legal live music files and DVDs and my ratio is taking a dump with this.
And the argument for changing isps? Comcrap is the only game in town for me. They are a monopoly in the truest sense of the word. As soon as FIOS comes my way, they're history. |
