Might be because your ISP routes through a US gateway meybe?

I dont know, these pipe things get all twisted together and for some reason get clogged with all sorts if internets things.

It works from 2 Canadian providers that don't use .ca (rogers.com & telus.net), if you are on Teksavvy they likely need to be registered somewhere.
