Firewall blocking

Oh well, my firewall is working so it wouldn't matter. The message I get is:

Request denied by WatchGuard HTTP proxy.
Reason: one or more categories denied helper='WebBlocker.1' details='Remote Proxies'
Method: GET
Host: www.torrentspy.com
Path: /US_Privacy.asp

I don't know why it is called a remote proxy, but so be it.
