Jefferson Customer is Right

We have the same problem--pitiful speeds, apparently because of ATT/Bellsouth's inability to provide the wiring in our (Uptown/Carrollton) neighborhood. And we've done the technician thing: at least two techs have spent HOURS at our house trying to fix the problem, and even they finally gave up and suggested we resign ourselves to slow speeds. So we're changing providers this week--reluctantly--but we need better than 2MB.
