i guess they saw what cablevision is doing

I guess they saw what cablevision was doing.

couple of problems though.

cablevision is offering 16.5/2 on docsis 1.1 for $50 dollars or cheaper .

also cablevision is using docsis 2 and their boost package has no cap and 5 download so why is charter only having 16/2 on docsis 2?
