I cant even get 2.5 MB at 5 A.M and in the day i'm lucky to even see 1.9 MB.

My modem's still capped at 30mbps and ya I rebooted it a couple of times.. :(

As long as you get close to advertised speeds what else matters. I have the download cap removed and now my line sucks worse than 15/2 with Boost so be happy if you get the speed.

I think I have stated to you before. How do you know its not somebody with boost who is abusing their connection who is on your node. If thats the case then cablevision can only cap that person and kick them off but if cablevision did that then people would go crazy anyway.
