| No deal, service just keeps getting cheaper Started with the cable company for $45/month in 2003.
Switched to Earthlink cable for $42/month in 2004.
Switched to AT&T DSL for $10 month this July, price good through the end of 2009.
Offered $30/month by Earthlink when I called to cancel.
If I ever go back to cable broadband it's clear I won't have to pay more than $30/month.
Can't imagine what price wars there will be when WiMax and other wireless gets deployed locally. |
