I had dropped them about 5 years ago due to the fact that I couldn't get the 3Mbps package at the same price as a new user. Because of that action, I saw how they treat their existing customers and left them for good. Although I'm with Comcrap right now, I'm still getting more bang for my bucks until my contract expires. After that, it's time to go buy lube.
