I got back up at about 7PM..been down for about 14 hours. I was being told it was a "group" outage. I also got sent over to Best Buy to upgrade my Speed Stream but that didn't work either. Seems to be ok now but it has been degrading over the past few weeks so the "replace the modem" seemed reasonable but to no avail. We'll see if it holds up for the long haul.
