No landline, no powerline .... and I know many rural places that are that way

when I moved to this place, there was also only fringe Verizon cell coverage, at least that changed

 well, that sounds like a thought out personal choice. don't sit there and tell me you moved to such wilderness without knowing there would be a lack of utilities....and then complain about it.
