Oops, responded too fast. Can dial 611 and use voicemail but pressing 1 for GrandCentral is not recognized?

SUCCESS . . after upgrading the firmware and checking the 4th box all is good in answering incoming calls from GrandCentral . . YEAH! Thanks, again.
