That includes installation fees. Chances are, you'll be paying $600 for a service that did not improve the way you wanted it to. EarthLink, being direct business partners with DirecWay/HughesNet, is unable to just give it to you; such an inquiry would have to go through the actual vendor but would still warrant additional charges.

Stick to dial-up if no other broadband providers are in your area.
