pf @Level3.net	reply to Stovokor Re: EarthLink is unable to do that. one would think we could buy a new system- but , no, all earthlink does is SAY they will open a new account and yada yada and then , guess what? they don't do it- we have asked to PAY for a new sysytem and they won't - i really can't fathom it- i have filed complaints with the FCC and State attorney general- dial up just doesn't cut it -
