Who cares ...

Berman can go back under his rock once the ISPs kick in - not to mention once the EFF start knocking down his door with e-mail bombardment the likes of whom only the worlds worst spammers have seen in retaliation for all that viagra spam.

I believe the ISPs will be the main complaint against this law, hell TWC might even complain since it's quite a lot of infrastructure that would need to be rolled out ... they already have too much shit going on as it is ... heaven knows we don't need this added to the traffic. What if it goes berserk and I get 3k e-mails a day over this? One for each packet anyone? I highly doubt it will scare me, or most other people who use bit-torrent/P2P.
