<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/524578"><b>Toadman</b></A> : Look at the picture shown, the mercury vapor light does have a photo sensor on it.  Why in the world are they then shutting off the power somewhere else.  Am I missing something here?]]></description>
