You may be thinking this does not mean in a contiguous 24-hour day, but in any 24-hour period. So, if, say, beginning at noon, I download 300mb by midnight and then another 300mb the next day before noon, I would be in that uFAP sea.
just as a side note, there is no 24 hour period. In the above scenario you would have been stayed very clear outside the FAP.
