Re: Everytime there is a thunderstorm, no DSL I have ATT/Bellsouth DSL and the same exact thing happens to me. The thunder can sound many miles away and it will still happen. In fact google sent me to this post as I was looking for answers. |

| Same thing in Atlanta with AT&T DSL 6MB. It did not happen when I had 1.5. With the storms this week it is up and down. If you hear the distant thunder - it will cycle down then come right back. Since I use VOIP for a business line it is terrible? If anyone hears what could be done to eliminate I would appreciate it. |

| I bet it's actually lightning and not the thunder. I don't see how thunder can really do anything to a physical line. In my case, when I had a much lower train rate, the issue was still there. |
