<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : I am tired of being placed on hold for 15 to 20 minutes before I can speak to a customer service representative.<br><br>I am also tired of being "forced" to listen to your obnoxious commercials while holding.<br><br>I would never consider adding Mediacom internet or phone service.  If your attention to your customers is as deplorable in those areas as it is in the cable division why would I do that to myself??? <br><br>Why don't you call your customer service line sometime and see how annoying your company really is?<br><br>The word "DISH" sounds better and better to me all the time.]]></description>
