| South florida SE users.. Has your latency increased? I don't exactly when this occurred, probably after that ATM outage around July 30.
My ping times to SE's 1st hop router (Atlanta) jumped from the mid 30's to low 90's (ms).. which sucks big time..
Has anyone else in Florida encountered a similar problem?? |

XO had a OC-192 fibre break in SF. |
