My Relatives are at the other side of the Island, where Liberty Cablevision service. They never had no problem and their services are great, no restrictions! Liberty Cable is a 100% owned by Liberty Media Corporation. They got major upgrades and all digital networks plus other advantages.

I wish I had them here In California where Comcast charges twice as much for the same service and no good tech support.
