I am sure rural Vermont needs broadband, but getting it through Fairpoint will be a major mistake. You need to go to the Fairpoint site and look at there pricing for there DSL...$34.95 for 384K...how about $79.95 for 1.5 Mbps service...sounds real cheap huh. You might wanna stick it out with Verizon and maybe have a chance to get $14.99 for 768K. If you wait for underfunded Fairpoint to come through on there promise you might be waiting awhile.
