Profiting off of copyright infringment?

If an ISP charges extra for all usage above 40gb, aren't they charging you for other people's services/content, plus any illegal content?
Seems like making money on illegal songs should be something the RIAA should be interested in.

unlimited to an ISP means an "always on connection"

they need to re define unlimited.

the RIAA would have to fully prove it was their stuff. and then sue the ISP in a court on the island which means flying liers(err Lawyers) out there from Cali.
