| Well, really, they ought to get it working for more than half of the time.
Maybe deliver on half of their promised services, too, like area codes, enhanced forwarding and voicemail, etc.
Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.
They have so many people snookered and sticking up for them that they don't need to do anything at this point or maybe ever, so they aren't.
