MagicJack Support Board Along the same line about your support board at MagicJack, it would be really good to see that your support staff pay some attention to the posts there. I have read quite a few posts from users looking for help and I don't see any response from MagicJack support staff.
I would definitely like to see MagicJack pay closer attention to customer support (that includes emails and live support)which is totally non-existent lately. The product itself is good but the product support is definitely lacking big time. |
