[TB] Why not copy Sunrocket site?

I'm just wondering why the Teleblend website looks crappier than Sunrocket did. Now that Sunrocket is bankrupt, I'm wondering why they don't just copy the entire site and have a different logo.

It is pretty much free for the taking I think. From what I understand the copyright is only licensed to the corporation so after the corporation is kaput then if someone wants to copy the website, logo, or whatever it is a free for all.

 The receiver would control any copyrights, registered logos, etc. on behalf of the bankruptcy court. The logo possibly has value and Sherwood Associates would want to sell it if they are a responsible receiver looking to get every penny out of the bankrupty assets of SR.
