supernews = 20.95 for 30GB
other = $10-$15 for unlimited

retention:

other = 70 days+

I understand that free is free, but it's really a pain in the neck when I am trying to grab something on the verge of retention period knowing that if the speed was a little faster I could have made it.

imho, shop around for other usenet provider is a better option than wait for dslx response for those who are willing to pay extra.
