Exactly! My service is fine and everyone that I know here who uses Embarq indicate that their service is satisfactory. I hate to see how pathetic and terrible speeds and line quality gets when they start releasing this package!! During peak hours their service in my area and many others slows to 56K type speeds with pings in the 350-950ms range and lots of packet loss as well.

Instead of trying to sucker more people and sucker more money out of people they should worry about fixing what they already have/offer so it actually works correctly!!

They fully admitted to me the problem is over selling of bandwidth aka. not enough pipe to support the current users. So I wonder what they think is going to happen when these folks upgrade to the 10M package!? :huh: :mad:
