Earthlink Wi-Fi

anon posted : Is it possible to cancel the contract if you rarely get decent service? By the way, you are right, tech support could care less if they fix your problem or not. In my case they never figure out whats wrong and give me a different excuse each time. They even accused my of having a computer virus screwing my connection up. Did virus and all types of ware checks, nothing was found. Why dont they admit that they suck and let me cancel my contract for free if they cant give me internet connection.
