<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/170109"><b>CylonRed</b></A> : I believe that is a P4 cpu and it needs a fan that can cool ti down.  The P4's were not a cool cpu - they were VERY hot.  Only way to get away from a fan altogether is to go water cooling or else your only other choice (assuming the airflow is good in the case and ambient rooms temps are within reason) is to get a fan that runs at slower speeds but moves more air - like a Panaflow fan.]]></description>
