100 mbps changing peoples lives elsewhere

In France the extra bandwisth is being used to stream dual HDYV streams, so it seems operators are finding a use for that extra bandwidth. So it seems that the uses are coming, you can't stick the cart before the horse, until the speeds are in place the applications won't follow.
