I honestly had not set one up because I never got around to it.

I can now tell that my service is rock solid 99% of the time. I do know that I get disconnected and reconnected ever 6 hours. This is where you need to go to get setup & sign on:

Would be helpful to indicate your city in the description

Make sure when you're done to click "Create Monitor".
