| Horrible Packet Loss Help!
After I got U-verse(already had 3mb att line and with uverse now at 6)I started dropping packets like mad and noticed that somehow my routing is worse!In counter-strike i get about 15 ping more than before the install. Also, when I run a line quality test here i get about 97-100% loss to my first hop.I called AT&T and they keep telling me the same BS that my line looks fine. Is anyone else having this problem? It is not a problem with the speed, it is a problem with my connection dropping mad packets. |

| The first hop has always dropped packets for me, but my line itself is fine: »/testhistory?view=51. I am all the way at the bottom.
Here are all of the line quality tests I have ran:

»/linequality/nil/2226732
The first hop on all of those shows packet loss, but that is on AT&T's side. As far as they are concerned (and yes I have called them on this), they only care about my connection which is fine. |
