I have never ran CounterSpy but I recently tried the free Google version of Spyware Doctor. 200 MB (yes, two hundred!) So 32 MB doesn't look so bad to me...

USA		 Yeah I used the Spyware Doctor from the google downloads and it slowed my system to a crawl.
