I have never ran CounterSpy but I recently tried the free Google version of Spyware Doctor. 200 MB (yes, two hundred!) So 32 MB doesn't look so bad to me...

It's,because google loves to install lots of crap you don't need there Is clean version of Spyware Doctor.

Yeah I used the Spyware Doctor from the google downloads and it slowed my system to a crawl.
