i live in puerto rico... and am currently a onelink user... shit like this is typical in this god forsaken island... everything that is offered in puerto rico from food, to internet access, to any type of service turns to crap within 6 months of it entering the island... poor customer service and the attitude that the business is there as a favor to the people, businesses dont do customer service, so they dont do anything to keep people's business: dont like it? good luck finding someone with our product/service/etc.
no wonder most people leave the island looking for better opportunities and experiences in the USA; life in puerto rico es shit, always uphill, always someone making it impossible for you to enjoy life and the fruits of your labor.... constant taxes, crumbling infrastructure, corrupt politics and government run service sector... the list goes on and on...
