Caller ID with Name

I've yet to get a Name with inbound Caller ID. When I email support, Inphonex responds with explanations about OUTBOUND Caller ID.

I keep emailing that I don't get INBOUND Caller ID Name even though Inphonex's web site lists it as a feature.

If it doesn't get straightened out in the next week, I'll be looking elsewhere. Too bad, since otherwise, the service has been good.
