Hi,
I disabled call screening and phone spam filter, but everytime I answer an incoming call, I always here "Press 1 to blah blah, Press 2 to blah blah..". How do I get rid of that so I hear the caller right away?
Thanks, g00ber |

Send in your request as a suggestion to them. See what they say.
Truly, if you want to get rid of all that makes GrandCentral GrandCentral, then get a regular phone line.

The solution is to switch to a different provider. You'll have to pay a monthly fee for the DID. But for me at least it's money well spent to not have that annoying feature. -- 50775@fwd.pulver.com |
