[Other] [grandcentral] How to remove voice menu on incoming call

Hi,

I disabled call screening and phone spam filter, but everytime I answer an incoming call, I always here "Press 1 to blah blah, Press 2 to blah blah..". How do I get rid of that so I hear the caller right away?

Thanks,
g00ber

It's called the price of FREE.

Send in your request as a suggestion to them. See what they say.

Truly, if you want to get rid of all that makes GrandCentral GrandCentral, then get a regular phone line.

I asked about that, back when customer support was responding to queries. The answer was that you can't disable call screening.

The solution is to switch to a different provider. You'll have to pay a monthly fee for the DID. But for me at least it's money well spent to not have that annoying feature.
