Look, ads are pretty easy to kill off.
Most anti-ad softwares do a great job OTB, and you the user can right click a pest and insert it's server address and that pest is a memory!
Most browsers can even blacklist servers - I know Opera can.  See pic!
Outpost Firewall does a pretty good job at denying ad servers too! Globally! Works for all browsers.

How about you ad fa** stop stealing my bandwidth with crap ads that will never get clicked anyways?
