We all know about the billing issues - how about getting them to admit TO THE TECHNICAL ISSUES AS WELL!
I have had very few technical issues with VOL over the past few years (though admittedly, when I do, the tech support is generally a frustrating experience). But it is their billing systems which have caused me immense headaches and much lost time. My worst one took about 7 months of constant calling and emailing to get it straight.
