We watch the unreplied list to address new threads that haven't been addressed yet. It's typically known in the forums around here and most will tell you "Not to reply to your own thread" cause what do we think? We think "Oh one of the other guys got the thread and addressed it already." and we pay it no mind, cause in our mind if it is replied to that means someone picked it up.

By the way, if I sounded like I was criticizing the Direct staff, David, that was not my intention. My beef is not with you or the other great ATT VIP's here! I just hope you can get me some real info.
