Valencia, CA | Recording a movie, TV show or PPV item onto your VCR or DVD-RW is also considered illegal. I.e. MLB, NFL, etc. all have the disclaimer that recording the show without express written consent is illegal. Does this mean all VCR owners are breaking the law ?

Actually it is not, regardless of the disclaimer on some shows, the surpreme court has ruled in the past it was 100 percent legal to record a show for private use. |
