It would constantly freeze up and/or the audio would not be in sync and sometimes wouldn't play for half the program.  The DVR they provided me would lock up all the time to the point that I'd have to unplug the box to get it to respond again...  Oh, and during the last six months that I was with them they raised my rate by over $20 a month...  I'm quite happy to be rid of them, and can't wait for U-verse to go live in my area.  For now tho, I'm extremely happy with my AT&T DSL and AT&T Homezone w/ Dish Network.  I get great inexpensive RELIABLE dsl and a TV service that has more HD than ANY provider (for now anyway) out there.  :p]]></description>
